The product must be durable enough to withstand an active workplace

Must qualify for FCC ISM requirements (1W into the antenna, 4W ERP)
Prototype cost at or under $750
Within range, must be able to detect devices 80% of time in a cell environment
Must be able to detect electronics from at least 6 inches away
The interface needs to be simplistic, easy to use, and easy to read
Under 10 lbs and components should be replaceable or upgradeable
At least 4 hours of rechargeable battery life
Should be able to survive a drop from waist level
